Still a problem with activation of secenry

I have new computer using vista. Using Fsx only.
Got to page where option for reinstall is shown. I do this.
I insert original order number to get full copy of this scenery.
Get message:then simply use the "Register Serial" feature to activate your Serial Number (found in your email receipt) on the new machine. When I do this I get message I have to use orignal download that I purchase which was Fso9. Can yu say to me what to do? Miguel

 That is message I get as I put in original post ( I place in wrong forum)
I click inside addon manager / register serial etc

Here finally is what I do: Click addon manger, Click Zurick X, Click register serial,
screen go blank then go back to simulator. Zurick still in demo mode.  ??? ???

First, it's best if you put flight sim in Windowed mode before trying.

Also, you don't say if you have seen the dialog that ask you to insert your Serial Number.  Assuming you have, if FSX returns to flight without doing anything after you press the OK button, it means you typed the serial wrong.

If you are copy&pasting from email, be sure you don't put extra spaces at the end or at the start of the serial number, which is easy to overlook when copying&pasting from an html email. Also, if you are typing the serial by hand, don't confuse the number "0" with the letter "O"

If the serial has been typed correctly, you should see a question "Do you want to activate Zurich on this PC?". If you don't see the question, then you typed the serial wrong, or added extra spaces at the start or at the end of it.

No I have not seen dialouge box to insert serial number
I only see addon mangager where I can make purchase of yu product

As I've said, try to go into windowed mode before selecting the Addon Manager menu. The dialog might be there, but might be simply went behind the FSX window.

Also, check you are not using other addons that "steal" the input focus, like addons with their own window that appears on top of fight sim.

And please, try not open a new thread for every reply, because I can become confusing to read.
