When the small bus with the pilots and crew arrives, one of the flight attendant appears behind the bus and not inside with the others.
This happens at every airport and with every aircraft.

This was when using the "old" shuttle bus with my own logo.
It does not happen with the standard shuttle bus. Consider the matter resolved.

Yes, if you used a repaint made a while ago, it's normal. Check this thread here, about updating the SIM.CFG files for your existing repaints:

In general, if you have several custom _USER vehicles, I suggest checking all of them and be sure the [Couatl] section is identical to the one of the normal objects, so this won't result in losing your repaints.
