Message show's up when I start FS9

I uninstalled the JFK demo package off of FS9 the wrong way and now i get this message-

SCENERY.CFG file error. Local scenery diredtory ( FsDreamTeam\JFK\SCENERY) in scenery Area.039 not found. Click OK to continue.  

How do I get rid of this message?

Remove the missing area from the Scenery Library, then restart FS9.

The scenery comes with a proper Uninstaller in Windows control panel that take care of several things, including removing the area to prevent errors such this one.
