FAQ for GSX

I must say, product support is outstanding in this forum. Might be the best I've ever witnessed.

That said, I feel much of the support member frustration that leaks into many posts, could be lessened with a up to date FAQ for the many commonly repeated posts.

Is there a reason there isn't a GSX FAQ thread?  ???

We do have a FAQ page. It explains the most common support question, which is "how to reinstall or recover a lost order", which also has its own sticky thread here. And yet, we keep getting a least 8-10 emails PER DAY, asking exactly the same question.

I don't see any thread topic labeled FAQ but I assume you mean this thread in the General section.

Well whatever works for this company I guess, more job security, heh.
