Couatl scripting engine hasn't started error..

I have this error after update to GSX V2

I tried turn off AV then reinstall but still have this problem

And i follow this post

That thread includes everything we know about this issue. A user reported that in his case, uninstalling the VC++ 2017 and reinstalling the VC++ 2015 fixed the problem for him.

And, try restarting Windows after installing the VC++ libraries, and run the Live Update again after a restart. And, don't just turn off the antivirus, but do what the message says, and configure it to exclude the Addon Manager folder from scanning.

In addition to that, I see you installed the Addon Manager inside the simulator folder. Is best not to do it, and install it in its own dedicated folder, outside the simulator. If you want to move this installation, Uninstall every FSDT product and reply YES to the question "Do you want to remove the Addon manager ?".

After you removed all your FSDT products, you can reinstall and will be allowed to choose the destination folder again. Don't install into the sim. It might work, but we don't recommend it.

which explains how to run a test on Couatl.exe, which might give some kind of error message explaining why it cannot start.
