Lots of passengers?

Quick question about your fab product.
I just updated to the extended version and wondered how to see a queue of passengers getting on our coming off the plane? I get to see the crew, and maybe o only one or two passengers, but when the plane is fully loaded with over 150 people, should I not see a q queue? How do I make it more passengers?

The passenger number is surely exact. Their density is controlled by the Passenger Density slider.

No - I have tried the slider from one end to the other, but not many people are queuing when I'm at a stand.
