GSX LEVEL 2 Elevation issue

Good morning,
This is LEAL default airport.
I saw the jetways with elevation issue.
Then I parked in a parking area and asked deboarding.
the BUS is at the correct level. The passengers cannot exit I suppose because the elevation issue.

How to fix it?
I had it also in EGCC default airport

I use ORBX and I have run the elevation tool. I read you asked, in this case,  to check the AFCAD of GSX...what is it..where is it? sorry I do not know where to look for.

The parking customization page in the GSX jetway editor will tell you the name of the AFCAD used.

If I correctly understood...the AFCAD file is the .bgl...is it?
In this case is the APX47180.bgl...

How to use this info to solve the issue?

You must use the OrbX AEC utility and disable it for that airport.
