There's surely something wrong in your airplane configuration. Try with an airplane supported by GSX internally.

The first pic is PMDG 777, the second is PMDG 737, these arent supported aircraft?

Yes, but maybe you customized them.

But when the jetway approaches the doors, it fits perfectly? What else could I have done wrong?

I have used many types of them but mainly ThyssenKrupp two/three bridged crystal with different lenghts.

Both of the jetways on the first pic are ThyssenKrupp Apron drive Two-tunnel crystal 41/24.

Just Discovered:
gate 509 jetblue- FS Dream team KJFK also does it- and I have not changed anything in
This airport- just loaded it
And until now it does it, in these airports where there was sode SODE jetways before GSX was installed.

But before the level 2 update, there were own movable jetways from the author of the scenery.

Works fine here. Have you seen an error from SODE ? It might be that SODE crashed as soon as it was called.

Can you check gate 509 out at KJFK from FS Dream..
Look from outside at the gate- and see What happening, when Press operate jetway?
