As I've said, it's an expansion, so you cannot even buy it or use it if you don't have GSX already. Saying "discount for existing GSX users" doesn't make any sense here, since all Level 2 users are existing GSX users.

It's an Expansion, so it's a separate product from GSX so, clearly, your existing GSX serial won't work. Yes, it's a paid expansion. That's what "expansion" usually means.
