Hi GSX! I was pleasantly surprised to see the suggestion to keep te seat belt sign off during refuelling with pax on board! good job!
It que'd me however to close the cabin doors, normally during fuelling with pax on board the steps and skybridge remain in place to aid in rapid deplaning should it be necessary.
Also in our company a fire engine has to be standby on the stand.
Perhaps a suggestion to queue cabin doors closed after fuelling is complete?
