Are you referring to the white train car objects on wheels? If so they are not permanent fixtures,right?

I don't understand much of what you are saying. You first posted 2 screenshots of an overview of the airport with a lot of stuff inside, and it's not clear what you were referring to.

Then you posted another screenshot with some kind of a vehicle with a jetway on it. What are you trying to say, exactly ?

I reckon he wants to know why the people mover busses at terminal 3, gate 11 are not modelled. Those were (are?) used to haul passengers to and from the terminal building to aircraft on one of the few remote stands around T2 to T4.
