when i ask for the refuel it keeps askin me to use the p3d menu
It's not normal it would say that, and it doesn't say that here. FS Labs has supplied the A319 with a custom GSX configuration for both the A319 and A320, and such configs correctly set the airplane to NOT use the default fuel system, so you are supposed to see (which is what I see here), a message saying "Please use the Refuel system of your airplane"
If you don't see that, it's possible you either made/altered/reset the GSX configuration supplied by FS Labs, and made one yourself (or just reset it without making one, so it's all default, which is not correct for this plane), without having unchecked the setting that says "Show Fuel and Cargo during refueling", which tells GSX not to use the default fuel page.
As I've said, this is correctly set (box unchecked) in the default GSX configuration supplied by FS Labs.
