Searched the forum but could not find a response to the above error
I am using windows vista and my hard disk crashed a few months back. I subsequently got the hardware fixed and reinstalled FSX. Noted some issues with FSDT add ons - GSX calibration was off at certain airports and some airports were back to FSX defaults despite me having purchased add ons previously
I decided to update the add on manager and tried restarting FSX. While loading FSX I get the error captioned above in reference to the Couatl.exe file - "The program can’t start because api-ms-win-crt-runtime-l1-1-0.dll is missing"
I have tried windows system scans and downloading c++ packages but that has not solved the problem either
Any help will be most appreciated
