Carenado PC-12 and refuelling
« on: April 12, 2018, 04:31:20 pm »
Hi Umberto,

I'm trying to get fuel loaded for my Carenado PC-12. Single-engine aircraft with left & right fuel tanks. But when the tanker pulls up a message states "Please use the refuelling system of your aircraft to refuel."

It's as simple as it can get. Two tanks. Why won't it fuel the aircraft?
Cheers,
Ray.

That's because you haven't enabled the "Show the FSX Fuel and Cargo page" setting in the GSX airplane customization page, so GSX assumes this airplane has a custom fuel system that it's not supposed to mess with.

Since that plane is not internally supported by GSX, the only possible reason for that setting to be disabled ( it's enabled by default ), is either you or whoever made that plane custom configuration (maybe it comes with a GSX.CFG file already ?), set it so.

Thanks Umberto. I’ll check the setting tomorrow and change as necessary.
Cheers,
Ray.
