Thank you, I hoped someone would notice it...it's a first glimpse of the dialing up in quality of modeling/texturing we are introducing both in GSX, and our future sceneries.
It's a new texturing method which relies on a custom-made plugin for Substance Designer, which tries to approximate PBR quality on a graphic engine that doesn't support it. It's still not 100% true PBR, but it's close enough and when the sim will eventually get PBR (or in case we'd support a different sim that has PBR already), it will be very easy for us to just re-export the textures without our conversion plugin, so it will be mostly automated.
O'Hare it's made entirely like that...
