GSX doesn't work

Hey! I've bought GSX ground services and installed it to P3D v.4.2. Addon has appeared on the bar at the top of the simulator's window, but when I'm clicking "Open YouControl Menu" nothing happen. I have updated P3D to the latest version, reinstalled GSX, but addon still doesn't work. During reinstallation GSX there are two error reports:
1: To addon <unknown> is causing the Couatl Scripting Engine to restart. Please download and install the latest Stand-Alone Addon Manager from http://www.fsdreamteam.com/sa-addon-manager
Downloading this stand alone addon manager doesn't help with anything
2: couatl v3.2 (build 3894)

Nobody ever reported this problem so far, I cannot reproduce it either. What were you doing when that error happened ?

From the error log, it looks AS IF you were calling the menu *while* the purchase process was still in place.

The error appeared after activation via addon manager :/
