Hello

I feel a bit silly but i just got Geneva  from your web store and when i went to activate it  it already was  ???

I just checked on simmarket and  it is in my orders.

sorry to be a pain but could you give me a refund as i have paid for Geneva twice

You HAVE been replied to, yesterday, to the same email address you used to register to this forum and to write your email. The email hasn't bounced back, so I assume you must have received it, but probably you haven't read it, since it explained how to get a refund for the 2nd copy of Geneva you bought by mistake.
