MJDash8 no Boarding Sound

Hello,
when Boarding/unboarding the Dash (pro P3DV4.1) i can no people hear, like in the Boeing.
how to repair this?

What do you mean "like in the Boeing" ? I can hear audio just fine with every airplane. Are you in the VC ?

yes i am in the VC, can not hear any Boarding sound.
that means, no sound from the Pax. I see the green line wich says ... from 70 Passengers boardet or unboarding.
but no sound from them.
The Sound for Pushback with the rampagent works fine.

I still don't fully understand you. What does it mean "from 70 passengers" ? Do you see the number of passenger going up progressively, or it just go to 70 ? Maybe the issue is that you have a time per-passenger too low that, with a smaller plane, boarding ends before the first sound get a chance to be played.

Sorry ... my bad english...
it means, the Boarding and Deboarding works, but i can not hear the passengers while they coming and going.
GSX is set to:
Deboarding and Boarding Time
Minimum 240, time per Passenger 2
Refuiling 120.0
Audio is set to my standard Windows Audio profile, and the Volume is full.
In my PMDG737 i can hear all sounds (also the passengers while they come and go)
