During icing conditions the ground crew will let you know icing conditions are present and you will be cleared to start the engines after the pushback has been completed and the parking brake set.
First you get this message right after asking for pushback. Then you get the exact same message repeated after releasing the parking brake just prior to pushback.
After the pushback has been completed the ground crew says he will disconnect and wishes you a good flight without having cleared engine start as promised in the beginning of the pushback. Then after a couple of seconds when he already disconnected he all of a sudden comes back and says both engines are clear and you're good to go starting the engines.
Tried to search the forum and found lots of various reports on the topic but not exactly this one so please forgive me if this was already asked/answered somewhere else.
