Yes, your Serial Number has been now Blacklisted. You should NEVER, EVER, post your private information on a public forum, which of course is NOT the place to discuss anything related to product activation.
Your mistake, is that you confused the server-assisted Reinstall with the normal activation, and that one can be used only 3 times, but it's not the suggested or standard way of activation.
Also, the reason why you are required to use an install id, which is NOT normal, it's because you have a firewall or antivirus which is blocking online access, so the program assume you don't have an internet connection, so it going through the more complex offline activation, which obviously works, but it's not as easy as the normal one.
Please contact support BY EMAIL (something you should always do when discussing orders and personal data), because we'll have to reissue a new Serial Number, since the one you posted here is gone forever.
