3rd Party error - will not run?

Hi this may have been asked before and I am sorry as i could not find it.

I am running FSX with acceleration on Vista. When I start up FSX i first get this error

After I hit yes to run/allow then i get this.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled and still can not get to work. Can someone please help fix this so I can use the program.
