GSX Failure Message
« on: December 31, 2017, 01:58:54 pm »
Hi everyone!
I have just got a new PC and went to install GSX and im having a big issue with it. When i start up my simulator (FSX-SE)a message from couatl pops up saying

"Airport cache regeneration completed with a FAILURE at 0 seconds"

I have uninstalled GSX and the addon manager several times to try and see if that was the fix. I have also looked on many other Forms including this one to see if it would have the answer. I followed some instructions to remove specific files (files.bin) but there was no success. If anyone knows a fix please could you let me know.

Thanks in advance,
Callum Goodwin

Maybe you have a corrupted .BGL somewhere.

In this case, turn of Logging in the Troubleshooting menu of the GSX Settings, and rebuild the cache again. Then exit the sim, and check the Couatl.LOG file in the %APPDATA%\Virtuali\ folder, which might tell you something about a problematic file which prevented the cache to be rebuilt.
