It's not possible you would get THAT error "when activating", maybe when "downloading", but there's no such thing as a "download limit" with our products, since they are always freely available on the Products page of OUR site:

Your mistake is that you are probably trying to redownload from Esellerate instead, and since we DO NOT host our downloads there (since they are always freely available on OUR site), the "download limit" for Esellerate is zero, so Esellerate is telling you cannot download. But you were never supposed to download from there.
