The most common causes for the missing menus are:
- Antivirus interfering. Install with the antivirus disabled, and configure it to exclude the whole Addon Manager folder
- Another addon has corrupted either your DLL.XML which, even if we don't use it anymore, could still prevent other modules from working. This bug was supposed to be corrected in P3D 4.1, so maybe is not that, but it's always a good idea of being sure all your XML files are correct. The way to check this, is to open them with Internet Explorer, and see if there are any errors reported.
- A problem with the VC++ runtime libraries. The Addon Manager requires the VC++ 2015 runtimes, and their are installed automatically but, if another app from another developer is using a different version of the VC++ runtimes (which is wrong and against LM recommendations), they might conflict with each other.
