I have two questions.
Yesterday, i needed to deice plane PMDG 777-300ER so i taxied it to deicing area F. I set parking break. No deicer appeared automatically. I dont know how to ask for them. I warped my plane to F1 deicing pad and the direction of my plane was totally opposite. Instead of facing to runway 16, it was facing terminal E. Deicers were there but no sound and no effect of spraying. Their units went through aircraft wings. Is there any procedure to follow or change configuration?
Second question, do i have to modify and file to get winter texture of tees or surrounding? The scenery still has autumn look with red brown trees.
