Road Rage

You'd think road rage would only really happen out on the road, but this is the first time I've ever seen it happen in a flight simulator of all places.

As explained so many times on the forum, GSX vehicles:

- Read only the scenery AFCAD.

This means, depending how the AFCAD was made, it's possible that some parking position might cause such issues. Usually, it's because the AFCAD has too many nodes, but it's not the same for every aircraft and it also changes depending on the actual parked position of the plane.

As requested so many times in the forum, whenever you find a problem like this, ALWAYS provide with the following information:

1) The scenery used. If it's not default, clearly identify the scenery used and the name of the AFCAD

2) The gate used and if you customized it in GSX, and (if you did) how.

3) The airplane used and if you customized it in GSX, and (if you did) how. Actual lat/lon coordinates of your exact parking position might be useful too.

With all this information available, we MIGHT be able to do something to improve the vehicle behaviors to handle special cases. A video is not very helpful, instead.

- Are not aware of each other.

This would have an big impact on fps and performances in general, since if we tried to do this, a whole new class of issues like traffic deadlocks on the apron would happen.

This wasn't intended as a support inquiry, I just thought it was funny that it happened and decided to share it with everyone. I wasn't aware that this wasn't allowed. I know there's limitations to what GSX can do. In any case, since you asked, the scenery in question is Flightbeam KIAD. The AFCAD I am guessing is KIAD.BGL, but I haven't checked because I didn't think this post was going to end up like this, and I don't have time to check right now since I have to get ready for work. I'll check it later when I have time. Gate used is D32 with no customization. Plane used is the PMDG Boeing 747-400 with the only customization being the addition of the bulk cargo door via the main cargo door.

I don't see D32 in my version of KDEN so, I guess it has been added in a recent version ?

Negative, sir, you're looking at the wrong airport. It was KIAD, not KDEN.
