Hi Michael,

i have alsow installed KLAS.
At this time i load KLAS and i get  the same error message what you posted.
I get this error on ground.
Then i restart couatl than all works.
Sode works alsow.

I am seeing this as well of GSX stopping after landing when I requested services while on approach but not if I request them when once on the ground. I fly in VR so I havent seen any prompts and after landing and removing the VR headset dont see any prompts but do notice I can not open the GSX window after landing and there are no GSX services at the assigned parking spot.

Between Franks's and my Error Log; they both have one thing in common KLAS.

You mean you not only have this error only when pre-selecting a gate in flight, but it happens only at KLAS ?

Hallo Umberto,

i reinstall my gsx und make a new life update.
At this time i will test it.
Yesterday a had a Problem in LGSK. The Bus driving out of the scenery and than i get an error.
I must restart gsx.

1. How can make a Setting that on this Airport no bus is needed.
2. which setting do I have to select that at the incoming airport only the marshaller can be seen. no stairs or baggage vehicles.

In eddm I choose Parking 151 and which option that only the marshaller can be seen.Sorry about my bad englisch writing

Ok,

i delete the Error log from my Desktop. (LGSK)
Is there in GSX a Folder with the last error logs.
At this time i am in Office and not on my Computer.

I am still getting this error. Shortly after selecting a gate starting my final approach. All airports. Each time it asks if i want to see the error log. I say no. Then it asks if I want to restart GSX.

I have tried installing the latest addon manager as it suggest, and i have also tried uninstalling and reinstalling GSX. Nothing has worked. Very annoying!

I too am seeing this at all airports as far as GSX is not acting normal when selecting a gate on approach. I've never seen an error because I am flying VR. However, Umberto is not seeing this so it makes me wonder, since this is rather something that is new happening to us as it wasnt acting like that a few weeks ago, what is on our system that is not on his that might be an issue.

Some quick things that I have done recently was upgrading Windows 10 Pro with the 1709 update. Thats about the only thing I can think of for myself.

We'll have a look at it, to prevent at least the error, but I'm fairly sure it's a bug of the scenery, like missing connections, orphaned nodes, etc. Which scenery you used ?

Despite the fact that I have been flying to european airports when this error has been occurring, I noticed that my error log mentioned KLAS. So, I disabled and uninstalled FSDT's KLAS, and the problem has gone away. So, all good (unless I want to fly to KLAS again).

See attached error log from when I was flying into Dubrovnik...

it is enough to disable the airport or you have to completely uninstall it.

I got this error yesterday.
P3D 3.4
PMDG 737
FlyTampa LGAV.
On final approach runway 21R I chose the gate (B15) and got this error.
Initially from the look of the warning pop up right in my face, the worst thing to happen to you while focusing on final approach   I thought P3D had crashed !

Then I realized it had not crashed but only paused while the warning was popped up. I pressed OK and I continued with CUATL inop.

Here's the error report:
