Position in Scenery Library.
« on: October 15, 2017, 01:00:09 am »
The installer will detect your Flight Simulator installation folder automatically, and will copy the files at the correct locations and will update the Scenery Library without any user intervention needed

I need to move the file in the Scenery Library in order not to interfere with other scenery. Vancouver is in number 1 position.

Using P3D V4.1

NVIDIA GeForce GTX TITAN X

I need to move the file in the Scenery Library in order not to interfere with other scenery. Vancouver is in number 1 position.

And that is where is supposed to be, in order for other sceneries not to interfere with it. Airports should always be placed on top of everything else.

However, if you are really sure that, by placing CYVR on a lower layer, it won't be affected by other sceneries (but first try it in the position the installer place it by default), you should use a P3D specific utility to rearrange layers for sceneries using the new native P3DV4 installation method, which is the free Lorby Addon Organizer

https://lorby-si.weebly.com/downloads.html

Because, fact that you cannot move CYVR using the simulator UI, it's not a problem of the scenery, but it's how all sceneries installed the P3D4 native way will look like, they cannot be moved together with the other sceneries using the old installation method of the scenery.cfg.
