Won't Refuel PMDG DC-6 in FSX nor P3D V4

Can't get the fuel in the tanks on the PMDG DC-6.  In FSX the little truck shows up (Aircraft is empty of fuel), I choose the % of fuel I want and the truck then leaves immediately, without pumping any fuel.  However it does fill up the passenger weight...just not fuel.  Have tried changing the fueling settings in GSX but they have no effect.

In P3D V4 (Aircraft empty of fuel) the truck shows up, I choose the % of fuel I want and the truck begins pumping, the counter on the truck counts up and when it reaches the amount requested it leaves...but no fuel is in the tanks.  Again it does fill up the passenger weight...just not fuel.  And...again have tried different fueling settings in GSX to no effect.

Any way to fix so the fueling performs normally?

Update...new flight at new airport.  Now FSX fueling performs as described for P3D V4.  Don’t know why I experienced the refueling truck driving off on the previous two flights.
