flickering roofs

i read that removing these files would eliminate flickering roofs at the airport, at night....

FTX_PNW_objects_CYVR_Delta_PLC.bgl
FTX_PNW_objects_CYVR_PLC.bgl

also said i could leave the third one......if this will work, how do i access these files...thanks

 They are part of ORBX FTX PNW, you can find them in there.
