Evening all!
A problem has recently arised with GSX and after many attempts and different ways of recommending fixing it, there has been no cure.

The above text is the problem that I am getting. Upon requesting services, COUATL moans and crashes. The AFCAD is correctly as I was using UK2000 Gatwick, and the AFCAD file in the General Airport positions page, matched the UK2000 Gatwick folder.
If anyone has any solutions, they would be much appreciated
