Change amount of cargo bins loaded

Hello!

I was wondering if it was possible to change the amount of cargo and passengers that are loaded into a plane. I only seem to get one cargo bin and a tiny minibus comes to fill my A320 with over 100 passengers. Am I doing something wrong!
