Could not find valid AFCAD data

After hearing only good things about GSX I decided to download the trial before buying, However no matter the airport i am confronted with the could not find valid afcad data message even at the default EDDM. I have tried many solutions in other threads such as deleting and recreating the folder in program data etc and reinstalling with firewall and antivirus off. Below is the log file. Thanks

This error seems to indicate a problem caused by another software, most likely the antivirus, which must have blocked the access to a folder you should normally access to, since it was created by our installer for our own use, and it was explicitly given read/write permission to all users.

- Restart Windows

- REMOVE the C:\ProgramData\Virtuali\Couatl\fsx folder

- Download and reinstall with the antivirus disabled, and configure the both the whole Addon Manager folder and the C:\ProgramData\Virtuali\ from scanning before starting the sim.

Still having no luck, here is exactly what i did,

1. Windows Restart

2. Deleted the C:\ProgramData\Virtuali\Couatl\fsx folder

3. Turned off:
    -Real time protection
    -Cloud Based protection
    -Windows Firewall

4. Downloaded the GSX installer

5. Ran the installer as admin

6. Setup exlcusions in windows defender for:
    -The whole FSX folder
    -Addon manager folder
    -The Virtuali folder in program data

7. Ran FSX, loaded default EDDM and attempted to open the GSX menu but was presented with Could not find afcad data message

Shut down as many resident programs as possible.
