Clean install DFW into P3D4 elevation/no shadow

After a fresh install Im seeing my aircraft sitting about a foot below the ground and no shadow. Only other thing I have installed is orbx ftx global.

Only other thing I have installed is orbx ftx global.

"Only" ? That's A LOT. It's surely a problem caused by OrbX, you will likely have to use their Altitude Elevation Correction tool to fix it.

Is that a vector tool? because I only have global textures and landclass...

I believe it is, that's the usual issue to do with OrbX when you are having Elevation problems.

However, as you can see from the attached screenshot, there are no elevation problems at KDFW, both for the user airplane and for AI, so it must be some other scenery in conflict.
