coautl error message **SOLVED**

Error: exception CREATE_OBJECT_FAILED in call AICreateSimulatedObject param #1 'FSDT_SODE_JW2_Static'

On a 1 mile final to IAH from CLT I received this error message and the game froze before I could land   .    
What does this mean?

I am using FSX SP2

After closing FSX out, I ran the FS Dreamteam live update and re started FSX beginning at IAH and received the same error message.

That's because, following user suggestion here, which asked for a new jetway model to better match the KIAH textures:

We added a different jetway variant, which required to run the FSDT Live Update to be run, so the new variant could be installed. It's also included with GSX or the Stand-Alone Addon Manager and the KIAH full installer, which have been all updated too.

But if you already have KIAH and GSX install, it's should be enough to run the Live Update.
