Waiting for your action : Open Exit 2 **SOLVED**

I have GSX free for P3Dv4, and I'm at FSDT JFK trying to board the aircraft. I am using the PMDG 772LR, which GSX detects. I am trying to board the aircraft, and I keep getting this message. Every door on the plane is open but GSX doesn't seem to notice.

Help!

I reset the aircraft customizations and it seems better, but it asks me to open exit L 1 whereas the jetway goes to exit L 2. I guess I tried to change things but ended up messing things up. What is the right way to customize the PMDG 772 definition so that when boarding it asks me to open L2, not L1?
