Sometimes I can not see XPOI ,GSX,couatl in Addons

I have an issue Sometimes I can see XPOI,GSX, Coutl in Addons, this not always happend, and another issue is I have

when  I can see XPOI,GSX, Coutl in Addons, 

when I start an aircraft in an airport from one of FSDT  sometimes I do not see any building only a jetway of the airport, when this happend I go to couatl menu and restart it, than everything is okay,
this also happend before landing I do not see any building as well, to fix this the same action I mentiion earlier.


what I have done so far I have uninstall the driver of my Graphics card and reinstall it again with clean installation but this issue still appear sometimes

and yes I click FSDT live update before or after this issue occur,   I do not why this happend, what Have I done wrong?

all the airport I have installed  them from recent download. and I use P3D V4

this also happend before landing I do not see any building as well, to fix this the same action I mentiion earlier.

Please report a precise case, airplane, location when this happens.

I was approaching KLAX 25 R  with  747 of PMDG from KSFO 1 NM before landing I see from a distance that KLAX no builing at all only Jetways, normally I go to the addon menu and go to Coutl menu to restart it and then the builing will appear, that is what I did to fix the issue missing issue with no builing, but when there is no couatl , XPOI,GSX  in AddOns, I just landed without any building,

Try to enabled logging in the Troubleshooting section of the GSX Settings. If it happens again, do not restart Couatl or the sim, but go this folder:

%APPDATA%\Virtuali

and send the (ZIPPED) Couatl.log, Attached to a post here.

so I Depart from KLAX, I can see the XPOI ,GSX,couatl in Addons, so I enable logging  in the Troubleshooting section of the GSX setting, and before I Land I see no building in KSFO so I go to the XPOI ,GSX,couatl in Addons , but again they gone, see attechemnts

Just an update about my issue

it seems that XPOI,GSX, Coutl in Addons always dissappear  about 5 minutes, it means that afterlanding I could not use them , but I am sure it will be fixed, just wondering if I am the only one who has this issue.

Sometimes it was reported over certain areas with lots of POIs. Did you had many categories enabled ? Try to reduce some of them, and see if it makes any difference.

understood but so far I do not change anything in XPOI as I could not use it when I could not see it in AddOns, but i will give it a try.

The issue is there's nothing wrong in the log. If there was, it would be much easier to understand it.

do you think  I need to uninstall the GSX and reinstall it again? if the answer, yes ,do I also need to deactivated first or it is not neccesary.

I don't think your problem can be fixed by reinstalling. It seems something related to XPOI which makes the program crash. Are you able to use it in other areas ?

I still have the issue so far, just wondering if there is a work around which I can restart or reload the Addon in order I can use at least the GSX?

today I fly from KORD to KJFK and landing at KJFK without any building , and another flght from LFPG  to EHAM (FlyTampa) at EHAM I can see all the building as normal but no Addon so no GSX.
