I have GSX but I cant use it properly as I don't have a Manual!
Why you don't have a manual ? It's surely gets installed automatically by GSX so, unless you delete it (and in that case, it would be enough to reinstall GSX to get it), it's surely there.
The manual can be found in 3 different ways so, it should be impossible to miss:
1) Like every Windows program out there, the installer has created an "fsdreamteam" program group in your Windows Start button, with the GSX manual inside
2) There's an "Open Manual" button in the Addon Manager dialog.
3) You can browse the .PDF file manually, by going into FSX\fsdreamteam\couatl\GSX folder
