Gsx disappear from menu

Hallo all.
Till few days ago no problems...but now..
When i start a flight, gsx is in the menu like always.
But few second later it disappear...and no way to show it again.
No works with short keys...no work at all.
Tried to restart Couatl before it disappear...nothing.
Where should be the problem?
Then i restart fsx and the same...gsx it's in menú and few seconds later no.

Check if you have an error log in the following file:

%APPDATA%\Virtuali\Couatl.ERR

But no, the last error log is on 19 october 2016..

If you have logging enabled, the log will be called Couatl.LOG instead.

Hallo. can't find couatl.log
And now, gsx does not appear in the menu (till last few days it appeared for few seconds then disappear). Any chance for a teamviewer support ?
