Mini browser in fullscreen mode: freeze or black screen

Hello,

First of all i'm very pleased with your product which add great things for my vfr flights.
Unfortunately the mini browser works only when FSX is in windowed mode.
When I hit ctrl-f10 in fullscreen mode the screen is freezing until I alt-tab or alt-enter which allow me to see the mini browser but in windowed mode.
From this point (windowed mode with the mini browser opened) if I alt-enter the screen become black.

I have windows 8.1 and the boxed edition of FSX which run under DX10 with dx10 scenery fixer.

I would like to know if there is any solution that will allow me to see the mini browser in fullscreen mode.

The browser is entirely outside our control, it's just IE, without any UI controls so, if the sim can display it in full screen or not, it depends entirely by the sim. Not sure if DX10 or the DX10 fixer can have some effect on this, it might have.
