Blurry Runway

Hey Folks,

It has been a while since I had been flying in FSX and just started to pick it back up again.

I noticed on approach into JFK/31R today that the buildings were visible , but the runway was a blur until I was about 2-4 miles out.

Now I cannot remember what it is in the scenery settings that corrects that, or if it is in the addon manager/fsdreamteam menu?

Any help would be appreciated

disregard, I did a search and I am going to try forcing anistropic filter to 8X

16x it's even better, if you are a reasonably recent card.
