couatl error at startup
« on: February 13, 2017, 06:07:20 pm »
Buongiorno Umberto:

For some time now I have an annoying problem with the couatl engine. Sometimes it works fine, other times it does not.
I reinstalled the GSX file downloaded from the site and got this error log:

*****************
couatl v3.1 (build 3625)
panic log started on Mon Feb 13 12:42:55 2017

problem raised by addon <unknown>
Traceback (most recent call last):
File "couatl\common\fsm.py", line 73, in executeDoFuncToCompletion
File "couatl\GSX\assistanceServices\__init__.py", line 826, in do
AttributeError: 'module' object has no attribute 'gsx'
{}
User collision geometries reloaded
*****************************

Then I installed the latest stand alone manager and got this error log:
(Which is nearly identical, but does not contain the last 2 lines)
*********************
couatl v3.1 (build 3625)
panic log started on Mon Feb 13 12:10:10 2017

problem raised by addon <unknown>
Traceback (most recent call last):
File "couatl\common\fsm.py", line 73, in executeDoFuncToCompletion
File "couatl\GSX\assistanceServices\__init__.py", line 826, in do
AttributeError: 'module' object has no attribute 'gsx'
**********************

Both indicate that the problem lies with GSX it seems, but I have no idea what it could be. I have deactivated GSX, but that did not help either.

Please help me find the culprit and the proper solution.

GRAZIE!
Juergen

I have deinstalled GSX now and reinstalled the stand alone manager again.
The error message does not appear any more....

However, I would appreciate your suggestions to be able to use Ground Services again.

Thank you in advance.
Cheers
