Is this the right baggage loader for an A319? It's even loading containers that would never fit in the hold of an aircraft this size.
You can customize your airplane, using the supplied airplane configuration editor, and set a Belt loader instead.
Also, there is no loader going to the front hold either.
That's obviously intentional, since the airplane is too small for having a loader and a catering vehicle at the same time, so the front loader has been disabled in the default configuration that comes with GSX.
