Tanking from the drum

Hi FSDT,
Thanks for your continuous development from your beautifull GSX add-on. It is really a great add-on.

I want to re-propose a feature, that is the bush airfield version of several services.
To give some ideas:
1. Tanking from the drum, instead of from a fueltanktruck.

2. Simple four wheel flat luggagecar, handpulled.


3. Man placing and removing wheelblocks (not specially bush related, ofcourse)
