after update p3d 3.4.22 , the update GSX 1.9.9.11 not working

GSX not running and not appearing in addon menu in p3d i have updated both p3d and GSX 
please help me what to do?

Please clarify what do you mean with "GSX not running and not appearing".

Are you:

- Missing the Addon Manager menu from under the "Addons" menu.

- Missing the Couatl menu from under the "Addons" menu.

- Missing both of them from under the "Addons" menu.

- Missing just the GSX menu from under the "Addons" menu.

- Missing JUST the in-game GSX menu, the one that starts with CTRL+F12, but you have all the other menus under "Addons".

i have tried to delete and clean every thing related to GSX in my PC and do fresh install and it come with the same result

This shouldn't simply happen, since this update has been *made* to support the new Hotfix, and we obviously tested for several days and it surely works.

Try to restart Windows, and reinstall again. If that doesn't fix it, this thread here indicates all known causes for the missing menus for the Addon Manager or Couatl:

Hi I am having the same issue after downloading and installing the new GSX full update on Thursday in FSX, and now my PMDG also will not install as well as my airports. I receive an error message, Not sure what is causing this with GSX but I would like to have your assistance  Thanks Randy H.

It's not possible that installing GSX would prevent both PMDG and other airports from installing. You must have a pre-existing problem that is preventing *all* of them (GSX, PMDG and airports) to be installed.

It seems you had installed XPOI at some time, then you might have removed it not using its uninstaller, so the program tried to update it, but its objects are not there anymore.

If you want to use XPOI, install it. If you don't want to use it anymore, remove the XPOI folder from the FSX\fsdreamteam\Couatl\ folder.

I have FSX and the same issue, "Missing both of them from under the "Addons" menu". The issue seemed to start after before the update where I had no GSX voice communication, just text messaging in FSX. Now, the former issue I mentioned above.

And your problem is ? It's very confusing trying to help you guys, because there are at least TWO different problems reported here. Please clearly indicate which problem you have.
