Could you please allow us a reasonable time to reply ? You posted outside office hours, it would be normal if you could give us at least some working hours, before replying!

And yes, of course, as for all the reports, we'll obviously check this and reply.

Has this been checked yet? I gave it a fairly reasonable time to reply I think

We cannot reproduce your problem. Yes, we replaced the passenger stairs on cargo planes, because some users suggested we shouldn't use fancy and large passenger stairs on freighter planes, so you should have a metal ladder instead.

Of course, this assume you have updated GSX using the Full installer that was published on Dec 20th, which was a mandatory update (we published a Live Update notification for it), otherwise you are missing some new vehicles.

I did install the update using the installer from the website. But my QW757 is not showing a metal ladder. I'm on P3D (latest version)

Works fine here, see the attached screenshot.

The only possible reason is that, you customized the airplane trying to fix this, and made some kind of error.

That ladder type will be chosen if the passenger door height it's between 3.478 and 5.434 meters, which is well within the range of the 757, which as is configured by default in GSX, has the door set at 4.08 meters high so, if you moved the door outside the range of the ladder, it won't appear.
