Fixed! - One tweak for Jan-6 update

Thanks for getting the parking spaces updated!  Looking great and is much more realistic!

One quick tweak next time you have a chance --  The "Winchester Ramp" is FedEx exclusive so it should be labeled "FEDEX Winchester Ramp" for consistency.
