No sign for passenger bus in WSSS when boarding

I have a new problem today
Still using PMDG77W, imagine simulation WSSS bay 202, fresh GSX install, notthing change in the setting
detail as below
1. call for de-boarding, nil problem with PAX bus show up, then complete
2. call for catering services, nil problem , then complete
3. call for refuel service, both loaders fallback, first fuel truck arrived, change total fuel to 50000KG in PMDG CDU, first truck left,  then another fuel truck came for refueling, second truck left, loaders return to its position, nil problem,then complete
4. call for boarding, containers dolly arrive, loading start......but no sign of PAX bus, few mins later, loading complete, dolly left and loaders fall back

GSX menu still show boarding requested, without a complete boarding, i cannot turn to the puch back service
what should i do?, please help

Hello

I did another test today with default P3D airport KSEA parking 6 - ramp cargo
same result, the loading progress nearly finish, but still no sign of passenger bus

one more thing, even the fuel truck services completed and left the bay, but in the GSX menu still show(request refueling) , not ( refueling completed ), is that normal ??

Try not to queue anything. We are fixing this as soon as possible but, in the meantime, select each service separately, and don't use a queue.

I have the "boarding requested" that does not go away and buses do not show up. I am not queuing anything. I select "deboarding" after loading into fsx, it completes and tells me "deboarding completed." I then select "boarding" and that is where it stays stuck on "boarding requested" the cargo loading works but the air stairs are there but no buses ever show.

Today, i run another test in KSEA again
before that, i did the live update, and restart the couatl
Unfortunately, the passenger still not show up in boarding service,
is the bug fix yet?

I'm sorry, but I cannot reproduce the problem and nobody ever reported a problem with the passenger bus. Be sure you apply the Live Update we released yesterday.

100%, Guarantee, positive, Verify, Acknowledge, affirm GSX is updated
after the fail test from KSEA
i also uninstall GSX and reinstall again, run live update and restart couatl twice

Are you using a cargo airplane flagged as such ?

If yes, that's not obviously a problem: were you really expecting to see a passenger bus on a cargo plane ? And yes, that's a feature we added recently, so you might have not noticed it before, and assumed it's a problem, but it's not.

In fact, when we HAD the bus on cargo planes, a while ago, this was reported as a problem:

It would have been easier if you just said you have the passenger bus when deboarding, and you are missing it only when doing boarding after selecting all the previous services, it would have saved some time troubleshooting this.

In any case, since I can see the passenger bus when choosing boarding directly, but if I select all the other services and then boarding, it doesn't complete it, I guess this is a similar issue (although not exactly the same) to the one we just fixed with the latest update, so of course, since we CAN reproduce it now, it will surely checked and fixed.

A precise report of a problem, goes a long way to our ability to fix it.

That was before the latest fix so, I assumed it would have been fixed by now, so I haven't re-read your original message again.

I have this same problem too.  I select catering, then refueling, then boarding, but it stays stuck on "Boarding requested", this never completes.

Pls advise as soon as fixed

Edit:  P3D v3 and I installed full installer for GSX
