We never, ever, had a similar report before in several years that GSX uses Python 2.7. You are the 2nd ever reporting it, and the only other report was a few days ago. However, we distributed that library ( Python27.dll ) since many years, and nothing has changed in the latest updates.

Do you have another FSX application that also use Python, which has installed an incompatible version ? What addons you installed recently ?

I've noticed that Aerosoft Alta X configurator program comes with that .DLL, but I don't have any errors, and it shouldn't affect GSX, since it's installed in its own folder, unless you keep the program open while FSX starts.

thanks for getting back to me. the only other fs dream team add-on I have is the fa-18 ground radar. but I have  a lot of aircraft add-on's though. but I seen a post on here about running the  coutal engine as an administrator. so I gave that a try. and have not got the chance to try it out yet.  :D
