To begin with, I apologize if this has been discussed somewhere.
I tried to search but didn't find any info in the ocean of posts.
I really like the option of calling services for particular stand before landing.
The problem is once I do it and arrive at the stand, the marshaller is there.
But deboarding will not start regardless of my request to do it.
I have to choose the reset option, request services again and then it will start.
That, however, spoils the sense of requesting services from the air.
What might be the mistake I am making here?
